nez,......actually that article has a couple of errors in it. You should however continue to poke around on the otcqx site. Good info there.

Look for the link to the otcqx brochure. It gives a nice run down.

The otcqx is for companies that can prove they are the real deal, via financials, regulatory filings, etc. I simply noted that it is going to be a competing exchange for the BB.
