After the Buyback IMO they did guarantee a projected common PPS .01 for the restricted share holders .

Same as PAIV, Remember and we all know what happened there KABOOOMMM.

"Revenues from the gold processing plant are expected as early as Sept. 8, 2006. PAIM is only days away from being in a position to begin generating revenues".

Let's see how this PAIM's out :)
