Those companies are actually run by the same group of people as this one. There is a group of people in Santa Barbara who start up scam tech companies to rip off naive investors. They switch from one great sounding idea to the next but nothing ever comes of any of it aside from exploitation of shareholders.

Sunworks even called themselves by one of these companies by accident in an SEC filing once, proving they are connected beyond a shadow of a doubt. Back in 2015 they filed a 10-Q signed as "BioSolar" which is another one of the Santa Barbara tech companies.

If this scam is out in the open. Then why aren't they in jail?
