They issued over 400 million in Q1 to cd holders. They crashed the stock shorting it ahead of the conversion date. Prior to the conversion date the stock was trading 0035-004. Days leading up to the conversion the stock was driven down to 0009

They were able to get 300 million more shares

0009x50%= 00045
0035x50%=00175

They Short the stock ahead of conversion and drive it down and use discounted shares to cover and higher pumpers to drive it up to dump the freebies.
