or the ticker change has happened twice, because in the process (maybe) finra pushed back and asked for so much deep auditing of the jinbo part of our deal that the management of jinbo decided to not stop at the ZJMY part, and instead took their entire operation public via this one shell.

floridany had said in the past jinbo wanted 3 publicly traded companies for their various entities. maybe they decided that would be three times the headaches and red tape.

i hope scottrade got it right (in that link above), that we're JBCP now, and we're going to become a gigantic 3-in-1 jinbo conglomerate, but if this is solely an EV company, that's plenty big enough.

i'm happy either way.
