Even if This was a trick, how can a company that was dissolved provide any funding. I don't see how it's in their interest to borrow money from a company that doesn't exist anymore. There must be either a typo or people are doing their DD incorrectly.

I'm holding until I hear more info about this. I think people are jumping to conclusions too fast.
