Chairman's tweet -- he may have felt he needed to allay some fears after he sold 300K shares. As NewJerichoMan pointed out, it was only 5% of his holdings. If I owned over $30M of a company I'd probably sell some too, no matter how much I loved the company, partly because the whole market could tank and hurt the stock. For a company growing this fast, valuation is a moving target, as Stockplucks said. As long as they keep using stock to make accretive acquisitions, they can acquire till the cows come home without doing more offerings -- and they have plenty of organic growth too. A lot of companies say they are in the early innings, but NBEV really seems to be.
