who said they did?

2017's *volume* on PTOI is on par with 2009's volume

what i've noted is that *actual P2O investors* have long since drawn their respective lines in the sand

and *volume* avgs .. consistently prove it ..

it is what it is

that very well may change if P2O can't execute .. but until then *low volume* .. and a compressed
PPS .. is the name of the game on PTOI
