I am going to state a different take on recent GERS' market activity. The handful of current shareholders (I am excluding debt holders who still might start dumping shares -- but so far no evidence for that) have no impact on the primary issue -- the short-term performance of the PPS after a settlement is announced or the Federal Circuit reinstatement of patent validity. The vibrations, the maceration that the current shareholders can place into this system, either up or down, is just noise, like static on a dead telephone line. We will not know the validity of my thesis until one of these events occurs (settlement looking most likely). So patience, frustration, anxiety, whatever behavior of the current crop of Gerlanders is really of no significance to "tomorrow".
