I would strongly suggest anyone new to this stock to read the past 8-Ks and 10-K first before do anything else
Wade increased A/S from 500million to 5 BILLION!!! with b
and immediately after, got under 3.2 BILLION (yes,billlion) shares worth of convertible toxic debt.
Stock has been diluted heavily ,as you can see this by rising OS(Outstanding Shares) count with extreme pace
O/S 3 months ago=140million shrs
Today= 500+ mil. shrs

when these billions of shares convertible debt hits the market in coming days/weeks/months this will likely bleed all the way down to 0.0001 , and 1/1000 Reverse Split will follow it (as wade did it before)
If you are new to this stock I would strongly suggest to google the person running this shell ( Joseph Wade Mezey ) , it may help you a lot on your DD

Summary; stay as far away from this stock as possible
I said the same thing at 0.006 a month or so ago , it lost 80% of its value since. And it will very likely lose another 80% in coming weeks and months
