This news just came out after the close today. I have my brokerage account set up to send me an alert any time any of my stocks issues news. I am sure you can set this up too if you want to.

Also, the Double Crown website is coming up fine for me today at http://www.doublecrownresources.com

Glad to see the overdue financials are finally getting taken care of. Now when the first Translock contracts come the company will be all in order.
