look at fifth third decision. lots of parallel to dime. Rather than an economist they used an appraiser to determine lost due to the fire sale of their branches. THe court accepted this approach (see the comment about using economist) and WM is using a very similar method. Once the court agrees it was a forced sale the rest is easy. I can't see WM losing on this. I've alwasy said at leatr $250M on this damage alone. we'd be at .60 or higher if that happens.
