Per my own phone calls with scottrade (2 offices) and other posters:

No ticker showing yet.
1:1 New shares will replace old at a ratio 1:1.

One of my contacts in Scottrade contacted the reorganization department within Scottrade and said no ticker yet. I was on hold for like 15 minutes while he checked there.

I agree, Finra matters, but a symbol can be telling with that "JB". I don't believe anyone is making things up.
