Thank you for contacting the TA. This share structure screams increase in A/S. And, after so many years why are there still Restricted Shares? Not, that it would matter much. But, it is something of a nuisance. Those Restricted Shares should be Unrestricted or Canceled. Accounting for A/S - O/S - Restricted Shares leaves about 13.2M shares in the UNGS Treasury and worth about $1,320. Wow.
