Let's look at what potential news could be announced, and guess at when the announcement could come.
1. Results from the Phase 1 Safety Trial for the psoriasis cream - Late June through July.
2. Detailed results from preclinical psoriasis cream trial - any time, but only with submission for peer review.
3. Announcement of one or more companies who will replace Medmar for manufacturing, distribution and sales of psoriasis cream in U.S. State's where medical cannabis is legal - any time.
4. Announcements of submission of IND for additional FDA sanctioned trials for either sublingual tablet for MM, or psoriasis cream - any time, but probably not before July. Note: IND's are approved by the FDA if no questions or comments are made in 90 days after their submission.
5. Announcement of sales of psoriasis cream in any Country or State - After Safety Trial results are announced.
6. Announcement of sales of sublingual tablets - Unknown, if all components in the tablet are in other marketed products, it could be marketed at any time.
7. Patent approval, or notice they're moving forward in approval process - any time.
8. Announcement of a partnership or sale of any product in development - any time.
9. Announcement of results for the current quarter - due August 15th if not delayed a week.
10. Appearances at a technical or investor conference or forum - any time.
The above are items I believe could be announced by the end of the third quarter of this year. Please feel free to add anything I may have left out. I went through this exercise to point out that not that many things can happen over the next 4 months, but depending on what's announced, the impact could be huge. Several of the items where I've indicated could occur at any time might not occur during this time frame at all.
My point in doing this was to point out to those saying news is due practically every day that really the company has limited opportunities to make news. As for outside influence, Government action on cannabis could have either positive or negative influence, depending on what was done. Complimentary, or critical articles on the company could certainly effect the price at any time. The above list only reflects what the company can do, not what others outside the company can do to influence the share price.
