Funny thing is if you looked at the over $700 million they reported as the last Shareholders equity and use that as a yardstick, the stock can still doubler even from here. I am unfortunately sitting on just 4000 shares down from 72k which I intend to hang on to till the end. Anything is possible here. Anything. But keep an eye for me on HGGGQ. Because that company initially stated that the main reason for BK was to take care of long term leases, understanding what the court would do to those leases could make you a monsterous amount. There are two huge numbers that are in play: $47.7 Million and $122 Million. Applying? the mandatory landlord cap under the code to those could knock it down to roughly $30 Million. Now, with over $230 million in assets and all other debts besides the rent sitting at about $80 million as at March 31 the total debt could end up at under $140 Million. Now you can see why it is one hell of a trade notwithstanding the fact that it sits at two cents. Please do not construe this as a legal advice. Do your did but you can see what is not apparent to the Investing world on that trade: THE LANDLORD'M CAP.
