I agree that Alan has a huge financial incentive to strike a deal. Alan is a CPA/CFO. Is he qualified or has the sales ability to present and close a deal with potential investors! Alan is the last one standing and has the shareholders fate in his hands. This is extremely unsettling in my mind as well as the eventual outcome of my investment in ECTE!
