If you are in a situation where u have to repeatedly "look over your shoulder" then u have taken your eye off the ball. While your eye is off the ball if the company has diluted your asset by 600:1 and also bonused the board (done repeatedly in the past & probably will be done again) then WHAT DO YOU SEE? Board getting bonused in proportion to what they have achieved is fine. Look and see, what had CEO and board achieved for them to pay themselves a bonus?
