Negotiations start in another 10 minutes on Minnesota's budget bill. My source tells me that the nonferrous language is still on the table. The press will not cover the nonferrous news even though Dayton has said that this is one of the toughest items that he has ever had to deal with. Another item of contention is the GOP's language to take away some of the organized labor for teachers. This is going to make the GOP lose support in Minnesota. Once you go after one union sector, you have all the unions against you.
