Even when he had his felony conviction for money laundering! How was he able to trick them into no jail time? I know it doesn't show how smart Petey is, because he isn't, it shows how SLOW (unintelligent) the Feds and the legal system (especially in CA) are.... I guess it helped that he had an attorney that would perjure herself. That does need to count for something, doesn't it! And yes, another attorney left to practice law in the State of Denial/CA
