Nice to be here - seems like a tightly knit crew has been watching this the last year.

I won't lie the 10k was spooky to me - but after 100s of holes drilled they are going even deeper into the auditing of the land and now putting the real report out.... I'm thinking those debts can't be around too long if all goes well.

They were hoping to build out in 12 months correct but start sales immediately upon verification of the sand quality? Depending on who the buyers are and what the 43 says should be sweet.
