Skull & Bones should be gone anytime. I asked a security lawyer about it and he said, it really is just a formality. The company, their accountant, and lawyer are responsible for the content of the filings. OTC simply verifies if the needed filings are in place. It is just an administrative thing.

The only time when OTC takes a hard look is if there are plenty of complaints about a particular stock due to a promotion and scamming.

So he says this should be off ASAP unless something is missing. I am sure the company's lawyer have filed everything they thought was needed.

Fools argue to win, so stay away from them and still say Thank you.
Smart people argue to seek the truth and say "Thank You" when they find that they are wrong.
