This script, this play, this orchestrated plan, by the CEO to continue to dilute the common on the financial backs of shareholders is becoming more then norm with how Wall St does business these days. Look around folks. This is becoming more and more prevalent.

They are able to do this because the discount Brokers give them the right to short against the play before the shares even hit the streets. It is a numbers game. The shares do not really even exist in the manner that most people would understand. They are locked in a computer generated matrix code but are not owned by retail, aka Joe Six Packs. They are very likely owned by the discount brokerages and the proceeds split between the merchant and the discount shop.
