I know, a 65% discount to the vwap is a good deal for the lender, and did you notice MGT is paying nearly 20 points for the loan. I think the lender may be able to convert in just 3 months too. They had to give away the 200,000 free shares and another $1.5 million in shares to make it up to L2 Capital. Looks like someone is pumping this thing today so they can convert. Lol
