Got an email response from the company in regards to the skull/crossbones. The email just confirms that its out of PGPM's hands right now and they are waiting on OTC Markets to review everything. Response below:

You understand we can't update shareholders in regards an OTC Markets policy, we have provided the information, they are on the review process.
