Yes, i have faith in his plan too. Unfortunately his plan isn't good for shareholders as it involves continuous dilution followed up by another RS. Eric learned long ago that there is much more money in diluting stock than there is in selling unbranded cleaning products. If he cuts overhead cost by getting rid of his sales team, which he did, he can do quite nicely.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
