Also, PMC = ~1.2M shares.

The 8K is quite a few pages and I skimmed it. Pretty sure the skinny is we paid 1M shares to the principals of PMC and 200K shares to a bank to extinguish PMC's debt. The 200K share amount is moveable given stock price fluctuations, etc.
