Yup, this exactly.

Huge hit. Suspension of stock led to the burst of the mj sector. Went from .05 to over .77 in a matter of months. Long holders and people who had put in only a few thousand were seeing huge rewards.

Then, SEC suspension. Only thing to come of it was a lawsuit where shareholders barely got anything, and the trader 'hotstockace' was put in jail for stock manipulation. No legal penalty ever came for the company itself, despite allegations relating to Scott's wife.

Since then, we've been given Marco Hegyi - a guy who got the stock trading again, but only apparently to destroy the share price and squeeze what little was left out of the value for his higher ups. Used to be a company with tangible assets and vision, now just another penny dump.
