HCTI isnt only delinquent on the reports, it misrepresented to the
SEC that it wasnt when it filed the NT 10-Q?

This, along with a .0001 and much of the last couple of weeks spent with
no bid makes you wonder what the plan is.

Im not even sure a RS would be approved this soon?

... and Everest still hasnt been contracted.

Whats going on with NTI management?
