After doing som research on Sec home"Edgar" I checked out all the Form 4 buys listed. ALot of the insiders bought this stock in the range from .15 to .61. Most of them from .20 on up.

On 10/8/2008 Daniel Siefer bout 1,500,000 shares for 0.15. On 4/15/2008 he also bought 2,408,204 shares at 0.20

Donald Quarterman on 8/2007 Bought 500,000 shares at 0.20 but then he also bought 50,000 more shares at 0.24. For a total investment of $112,000! He still ownes all those shares. he never sold them.
Many more insiders bought this stock direct on the open market for prices much higher. I'm in the process of getting the exact share structure. The float is small. All locked up by insiders.

Right before they went dark. They said "We are debt free" and have no outstanding stock warrants. They were also profitable. Their website looks great. All the phone numbers work. I called to test them out and they answered the phone right away. This company is making money imho.

The company we believe they are merging in with has been in business almost 20 Yrs..
