Why South Korea? Here's my take... We have military bases there. Navy and air force i believe, marines too. North Korea just launched a cyber attack on us Monday. So S. Korea is ground zero for U.S. cyber security protection against N. Korea, China, Russia, etc. With 2nd level protection/interception at japan, 3rd at Hawaii, 4th west coast of U.S., Layered protection, feds are smart. This is all IMHO.
