Exactly right. If there's no competition out there you can drop the ball all you want and your customers will be waiting when you get your shit back together. But this is a highly competitive sector and when you make several blunders back to back your customers are going to look elsewhere. He had it in the palm of his hand with the sales rate growing like crazy and lost it. Hopefully, it's just a temporary setback. And hopefully this S1 retraction and reinstatement will be positive. I truly wish I wouldn't get as upset as I do (not physically healthy) but damn, it's my hard earned money disappearing from what I see as avoidable mistakes. If I made mistakes that critical in my line of work aircraft would have been falling out of the skies. This company still has a chance of doing exceptionally well but we have to avoid any more missteps.
