A few days ago someone said they talked to Yates and Yate said the merger will happen in a few months.

1---- That is how Yates does things. He keeps putting things out further and further, playing the tune as long as he can.


2----Over time a few people have said they talked to Yates and haven't. A few times in the past Yates said that some people were posting things say they called him and he told them things. And he and Scott their old time consultant said that was not true.


3----- Scott of today can be reached, but as far as I know Yates can't be reached unless you have his cell phone. Scott takes the calls now, not Yates.

4------ If Yates did tell a shareholder that the merger will be in a specific month like the person said, then that is insider information and Yates could go to prison for it. Person who received the information could go to prison too if he uses it to buy or sell anything.
