Negoiation on conversion terms, minimun of 1yr.
It involved signing a contract, bvoth parties
Wiring him funds
Inversot holds NO SHARE untill the note converts after 1 yr time.

LET ME REPEAT YOU GET NO SHARES UNTIL YOU HOLD THE NOTE FOR 1YR.
