There was no dilution. It's the same amount of shares out. No new shares. Everybody is just selling because it is crap and most people including me were waiting for a promo. I mean why dump all these shares for a fraction of a cent instead of dumping them during a promo for .05 or .10???? Makes no sense but that's what they did
