I don't want to dampen your angst, SS, and I don't know O'Shea but I am familiar with dan and Otto and if I had to guess I think otto and dan screwed O'Shea in this Niobium deal.

I don;'t know what happened earlier with IGEX, and , frankly, I don't care but I believe that otto, Dan did not disclose substantial, material debts of SRSR and of it's subsidiaries, Nio-Star and Shiningtree and when O'Shea found out it screwed the deal.

Now Nio-Star is being sued for well over 7 figures .
