For the all guard it does not apply to you but may be of your interest. The company is getting plenty of bullish signals including retirement of shares in open market . I have plenty of companies around that i consider under valued as i hunt for them in open market in a portfolio of 2000 stocks daily rippling the nasdaq, otc , amex ,etc. Some energy , hi tech and some biotech and do not see as many near time opportunities like this one. the only reason may be holding huge money managers cash flow equity is the possibly the hopeful cash settlement some law firms are expecting to get but the rewards in this case are worth the risk that in either case will be minimal in my opinion. The lawyers are calling the company itself as defendants and normally this is not a winning case path to riches and truth me into this as have many lawyers around. Anyway my friends soon we will get the proper valuations that we deserve
