Possibly. Problems:

1). Hiding debt--it's much more than that. They SLOUGH debt on retail holders, through dilution, Reverse splits, etc. we're not expecting Mother Theresa at the helm but these are a$$hole moves on shareholders while touting how they are going to save the world. Screw the shareholders who'd like to share the vision but save the rest. It's a bit much to swallow how ridiculous the charade is.
2). Hiding from accountability for debt and dumping it on retail shareholders, not themselves, cuz they think that's just. Perfect justice is never possible but they beat the wife to save the world? Come on.
3). A history of apathy toward retail shareholders, and no reason to believe that will not continue. I believe they will not hesitate to throw non special share class stockholders under the bus w a smile
4). Old and getting outclassed because VOC are becoming easy for science to analyze, with every passing year and breath. They *think* no one else can figure out the patterns/algorithms, but soon they will be mistaken, for entire universities are bearing down on this, in multiple countries, not just them. They are tying debt to VNTH without providing the same profit potential to them as well. I.e., it's still preparation for a BONE and little else. I'll wager VNTH holders will get next to nothing for medical, even though that was the original reason many became involved!
5) They are spending on R & D but even in this "tough" industry, they should be informing shareholders through regular updates, not 2nd hand garbage floated through "some guy" in the forums. It's embarrassing and cheapens the presentation, especially if they really are so great. They've been playing that game for YEARS imo

All imo....

Just can't believe Steinbuhl would be involved with this after 200 peer-reviewed articles, can you?
