Exactly who or what qualifies as a "class 3" stockholder you believe to exist?

Why would you get three legal opinions? Are your pockets that deep, or do you merely enjoy chilling with attorneys? Do these lawyers generally specialize in "slip and fall" cases, miscreants like "Hackney", or are they actually experienced in complicated business structures involving multiple foreign jurisdictions?

How could any of this be germane considering 50% of our capital structure is fraudulent? "Scrutineers" won't be sufficient to clear this huge mess, and who will be financing any of this to begin with?
