Level 2 is free from most brokers. I use E*Trade Pro (free as long as you make 30 trades a quarter) which has integrated Level 2.

In my opinion, it is the best platform to stay ahead of the game - particularly at the bottom end of the OTC market where I specialize exclusively in off-the-bottom stocks like $DIGX.

They also do not stop you buying stocks that have a DTC Chill - which many of the biggest winners have when they first move up.

Their updates are fast enough to spot games like large AON orders being hidden on the bid, AON orders filling first, MMs shuffling around etc, which the time lags on some systems don't catch.
