Bottom line is we all want something positive to happen that is real and tangible and makes us money but nothing in the 4 years I have been it has ever done that. Oshkosh is just another carrot until we see actual sales and given the past performance or lack of it I have a hard time believing it will amount to much...even the PR says "believe the expanded product line will increase international revenue growth" Well they have "believed" alot of things in the past several years and we all know what that has gotten us. Just show me an audit done and put out PR's with done deals and maybe we get somewhere...the one that stopped me from believing anything unless it is quoted as signed, shipped and complete business was the truck deal....Even Menzi was mentioned and caused some brief excitement but 8 months later it hasn't (so far) amounted to anything of any significance

So I can make sure everybody is updated, and we should be working on building and shipping new trucks to Niger, before the end of the year, I am sure, but they are saying by the end of September.

we are not competing with anybody on this, and we are being told, we will have the contract shortly

We expect the audit to be in the hands of our securities attorney by the end of this week and if all goes according to their estimate, 30 days for their preparation of the Form-10 and the SEC's normal review cycle of 90 days, we should be fully reporting by the end of March 2017.

A number of these proposals are for equipment from our newest dealership agreement with Swiss manufacturer, Menzi Muck.
