Result: Well in over two years, well below 500 million


Series B Shares issued to insiders at the time of the R/M 
Claim: ALL Series B shares will be dumped into the market!!

Claim: ALL Series D shares will be dumped into the market January 2017. 
Result: Well none have entered the market.


Series E Shares issued to shareholders in 2015.
Claim: ALL Series E shares will be dumped into the market in October 2016. 
Result: Well none have entered the market.
