but those reasons could very well be shared with the shareholders instead of proclaiming dubious motivations like 'why wait another two weeks if it can be done now'.
We invested have been waiting for many, many years to get an even positive ROI at all...so, who would care now for two more weeks.
And BTW, the name change alone won't bring pps back up to one cent or so. The name change only opens the door into this new company set up and new investors won't get distracted by Baltia's past any longer. So, yes, this will have a positive effect on pps as many other actions and milestones yet pending and yet to be accomplished will do as well and even more.
So, again, who cares about another two weeks?!
It would build trust to share the main intentions behind that new piece of propaganda - for sure it's not only to gain two weeks.
