Oh my Goodness! (A nice way to say OH SHT) What Nate just did by increasing the Authorized Shares (AS) to 1.5 billion appears to change the picture of NHMD significantly. 1.5 Billion is three times the former AS, which dilutes the value of common shares by 2/3! What was worth $ .0024 yesterday, soon will be worth $.0008. Your 1 million shares will soon be worth $800. At this time, the Outstanding Shares are still about 330 Million. The dilution will occur as the remaining 1.3 Billion shares are distributed.

Welcome to the RS Club, Mr. Nate. NHMD now has joined the club of typical Pinkies that seem to all have over 1 Billion shares outstanding, and also typically eventually experience a Reverse Split (RS) to get the common stock value up to the $3 to $4 mark "to attract more value investors" (and at the same time fill the pockets of the officers and major investors). Today, it would require a RS of 5000 -1 to get the common stock to $4. If you owned 1 Million shares at $.0008, you would end up with 200 shares of $4 ea. Most of us here who have played the Pinkies for any length of time have been through such RS games before. This increase to 1.5 Billion makes NHMD look like so many others - not the "well managed, conservative, well planned, truth-telling, creative management" we've seen.

Is it possible that when successful, the current marketing plan of NHMD that includes major grocery store chains and private label deals will cause the SP to increase to the November 2015 level of $.18? Or, will it increase to only 1/3 of that, or $.06

The potential dilution of NHMD by 2/3 of its present value is no longer encouraging and allows one to no longer see a pot of gold at the end of the NHMD Rainbow. Unfortunately, it appears the pot is now full of soft cow-patties. I still hold my several million shares. The wait for any value increase now appears to be several more years away - do you think NHMD will be around a couple years from now?

When at 500 Million AS there was little to no reason or need to do a RS. The marketing-production plans of NHMD could easily take it the $4 to $5 level. Now, there is. First massive dilution of the 1.2 Billion shares, then, when OS reaches 1 to 1.5 Billion, an RS of 3000 to 5000 to 1 "to get the common share price up to attract value investors". Been there, done that.
