Can this be a tulip craze or dotcom bubble?

I bought in here earlier today, but have been leery of Bitcoin historically. That said, speaking of historically, I have missed out on a historic run.

How high can Bitcoin go? I remember when there was talk of $1,000 oil, didn't happen. I remember talk of $50,000 gold, didn't happen. Is this different?

Not bashing, just curious. Is this different because theoretically there is less chance for manipulation?
