Why I think the ticker symbol change is not long overdue imo:

From the Wyoming.gov business filings we know that Wang Dequn signed the articles of amendment for name change on 4/24/2017.

The amendment was adopted [by the board] on 3/2/2017 per conversation with company lawyer. I had called to ask how the name change can be amended on 3/2/17 before it was signed on 4/24/17 by Mr. Wang. Apparently Board approves first (earlier date) then Wang signs, then WY amends, then Finra does their thing.

On 5/3/2017 it was amended to read in its entirety JB&ZJMY Company, Inc. Note: it does not say "Holding" company here although I have seen Holding used elsewhere.

The name change document was filed on 5/8/2017. See date on upper right in second link.

Per conversation with Roger, as we already knew, it is in Finra's hands now. I don't think we know an exact time it was submitted to Finra (correct me if I missed that), but name changes are usually submitted before the effective date to get the ball rolling. It may have been submitted for just a couple weeks to Finra. As Navin (I think it was him) posted, the ticker change can take 4-6 weeks once in Finra's hands.

Don't call Roger. He is the company lawyer and does not deal "with investor relations." Good to know there is a live person on the end of that contact number though. He seemed a little annoyed, but I told him I wouldn't bug him anymore. I'm sure he'll make plenty of money working for DOLV....JB&ZYMY Company, Inc.

Called Finra. Supposedly pending tick name changes are not public information. No way to know when paperwork was submitted on that end.

Conclusion:

Ticker symbol will change (and CUSIP number too probably) soon. A few more weeks at most, days more likely imo.

Had to double check Finra to make sure it didn't change while I was writing this.
