I remember when we bought our house. It was such a big purchase, that everything else went on hold.

What is happening with the E. Texas LOI reminds me of that experience. After the LOI has been completed, then there will be much more lattitude for expansion and commitment of funds for projects. This has been Mr. Lancaster's #1 priority since he became CEO earlier this year.
