I like the company but unless CEO addresses the share structure this will move very slowly...if. 4 billion approximately float. That's not small by any stretch, even down here in OTC land (well, except for outright scams). The new CEO hasn't addressed investors at all to my knowledge - not publicly which is the only way that counts.
