NEW AUDITORS CONCERNS
It is appears Sadler Gibb & Associates LLC is associated with a lot of companies that are on the bad boy list with OTC Markets.

I believe it will be interesting how these auditors handle the disclosure of the former CEO caught in the FBI STING on Stock Manipulation who became a consultant as well as the other questionable identities involved with NEWC.

Also has anyone contacted the firm to confirm if they are are truly ben contracted with NEWC as there auditors?
