Yeah, sometimes it doesn't matter if it's fake. This was clearly a great rally for everyone who got in earlier on the initial news. However, since it moved so fast people didn't have time to realize this "offer" which clearly isn't real, is coming from himself at the other company he owns lol. Not to mention XTRN has no business, they aren't set to "start" until the end of the year, and I don't think they will even get that far because these railroads or high speed train projects never seem to last from LA to Vegas.

Especially at the height of the market, if it comes down, no one is going to Vegas anymore for a while.

Good job on the flippers, have a feeling most everyone else is going to be losing a lot.
